this is one of the questions I've asked people in person lately to get straight to the point in conversations. strangely enough most are open to enthusiastically answering.

I'm gonna add that to my list. 

For writing fiction this is also a good one to think about for your main character: What are they afraid off. That gives you clues about their operation system.
