How many of you have worked in the same company or with same group of people for more than four years? why?

The times that I’ve worked with the same group of people for more than four years has honestly happened twice for me, and it’s because the people that I worked with were some of the best people that I’ve ever worked with for that specific job.

I’d say it’s less about the person and more about the overall mission as well it’s just easier to keep doing something that you believe in ultimately the people are there because they share that mission not because you intuitively just only like them. Of course that’s fine too, but it’s not really what keeps me working with these specific people and I think ultimately what keeps them working with me as well
