Something important to understand is that there's no cost to mine RISK. mine() takes no arguments and burns no tokens. It only mints to msg.sender. And since RICO is backed by RISK, then... The point is that RCS is a game. Same as Bitcoin. Free unless the market decides it's not. RCS is standalone and it's immutable. It builds stability mechanisms into what otherwise would be a memecoin like BTC or ETH.

Uniswap stats UI down on Arbitrum. dpack can help with this. Load an Ethers.js contract object with all its dependencies from one IPFS CID. We use it all the time. Always have backup options when the UI goes down. Make things easy from command line. https://github.com/dapphub/dpack

The problem of stability on blockchains is so important because it tests the absolute limits of how stable assets can get. When anyone can access the primitive, it only gets stronger, more stable, less risky. What is the least risky asset one could hold?
