Magnesium & glycine for sure, low dose (300mcg) melatonin in the short run, & l-theanine when/if you wake up (& box breaths). As for your stomach, magnesium biglycinate or l-threonate (more expensive but unsure if it is any better).
Few suggestions: - move outside your comfort zone - hit a great spice shop (if you don’t have a go-to, find one) - pick up a fun/serious food magazine & pick 3-4 dishes to try - focus on seasoning: good spices, good fats (olive oil, butter), good acids (quality vinegar or wine), and spices (good sea salts, spices)
