If I had to summarize: (1) avoid abstract statements, (2) avoid buzzwords, and (3) whatever you're going to say, find a way to say it with 1/2 to 1/3 the words without losing clarity.
Most say too much without saying anything at all. Makes it hard to get to the tangible facts/evidence or even grasp what they do.
