Week 25... Now I'm in 25th week of my dieting and for this week's main meal, I made Chicken Bistek Tagalog, Sautéed Broccoli, and BBQ Cheese Skillet Potatoes. Just transitioned off strict keto and am now in a bulking phase, focusing on tripling my protein intake. I've added potatoes for slow-digesting carbs to keep me full for hours. And to maintain a calorie deficit, I'm eating at 2,300 calories, which is 200 below my maintenance level of 2,500/day. Di talaga titigil hanggat hindi pa nagiging masarap😆✌️
