Did a speed workout today. This one killed me. 6x80 seconds with 40 second rest, 2 at 6,545,530 pace and then 8x40 seconds with 30 second rest at 515/ 5 minute pace. The last 2 or 3 of each was absolutely killer. Had to push myself and revisit the feeling of being /uncomfortable that I had not felt in awhile
