We forget sometimes how much we need each other. A stranger holds the door. Someone notices you're having a hard day and just... asks. A small act, barely a moment, but it lands exactly when it needed to. Kindness doesn't ask for credit. It doesn't wait for the right time or the right person. It just shows up in a shared meal, a patient answer, a hand offered without hesitation. Humanity isn't measured by our biggest achievements. It's measured by the small, quiet choices we make when no one's watching to be gentle instead of harsh, to listen instead of judge, to help instead of walk past. We are, all of us, just trying to get through it. That alone is worth some grace. So be kind. Not because it's easy but because someone, somewhere, needs exactly that from you today.
