a good start is communicating with your friends & family on signal only. it took me some time, but finally we’re signal only now. they might rarely ping me on telegram, but we end up on signal anyway. as for professional network, i’m reconnecting with everyone who cares on signal. it’s actually a great opportunity to create a curated, high-signal-only network.
