imagine Farcaster native yield pool that perpetually distributes retro funding / rewards across the network — all coming from the yield. the principal amount keeps growing, as more ecosystem companies/protocols/individuals opt-in to donate/stream small % of their revenue to it. $1M will generate ~$70k-$100k/year, and as community 10-100Xs this amount, the magic happens (!) sustainably.

feels like a great opportunity to leverage @octant @drips and other powerful capital allocation protocols possibly in collab with some onchain donation/charity protocols like @endaoment

love the idea but aiming for 4-6% yield at that size would be much safer than 7-10%

Interesting, I remember Coinbase Wallet lets you earn 4% yield from your USDC by just having them sit on your wallet — is this also possible with warplet? I think there’s like a few millions of usdc just sitting idle in our warplets
