example: my bank replies me within a minute (!) anytime i write them, no matter the time of the day and regardless of my request.
i can ping them at 3 am or 3 pm, and they’ll reply within a minute. and i’m not even a ‘platinum’ user.
it’s just their service level by default — for each of their customer. no surprise they keep on winning.
