The mental fortitude I’ve needed for these final exams has been on another level.
I thought I could juggle them with my usual day-to-day, but looking back, even my activity here has dropped off for almost 2 weeks without me noticing. I’ve been buried in books, writing exams until 5pm, and dealing with the stress that comes with it.
We’re basically being tested on the foundation of medicine and surgery itself. From tedious MCQs to exhausting theory papers, stressful picture tests, tiring OSCEs, and exasperating vivas—all in one stretch. Trust me, physical stamina alone won’t carry you through. Mental fortitude is what keeps you from collapsing along the way.
That’s the best advice I can give to anyone facing finals, no matter the course: stay strong. You’ve got this.
