In 2021 I found an artist called Lucidious. I always assumed his name came from the lucidity in his lyrics — the guy rapped with brutal honesty about everything he felt, both internally and externally. His biggest track then was about his dad and the burial.
So I put all my friends on. Told them he was an awesome artist. Turns out, I was right. The dude knows how to bare his soul on stage and in the booth. He airs his thoughts with a kind of clarity most artists fake. I love him for that.
