FHE: “Fully Homomorphic Encryption”
As the name suggests, it ensures data privacy by encrypting information.
For example:
When you send money to someone from your Web3 wallet, details such as where you’re sending it, which wallet it’s coming from, or the amount do not appear on-chain.
FHE technology allows this transaction to be carried out while keeping the data encrypted at the same time. In other words, the transaction can take place, but no information is exposed.
