Tip: Emergency Interior Lighting I setup an emergency lighting kit that’s here on the channel. However, one day working in the yard I was looking at our inexpensive solar lights that we have staked around the yard and thought, “wow, that’s easy.” Just pick yourself up some. Stake them around your yard. If power goes out just pull the stakes off and bring them in the house. Then in the morning just put them outside to charge up again. It doesn’t get any easier or cheaper then that.
