Early morning walk (5km+) > Heavy weight training (Push/Pull/Legs 4-5x a week) > Evening walk (3km+) Pair that with AT LEAST 5g of Creatine Monohydrate everyday.. Mentality ⬆️ Power Output ⬆️ Endurance ⬆️ Body weight/Fat 🔻 Brain Fog 🔻 This has been my silver bullet!

Battled with this most of my life and my personal opinion is this is never OK. I managed to harness the abuse and use it as the drive to improve my health, but it seriously f*cked up my mentality and my own personal body image!

Good sh1t my man! My only tip would be to slow the eccentric portion down.. You see that little movement of your butt/lower back leaving the bench when you press? That’s from losing tension from the eccentric portion!
