It's ridiculous, we don't hold gun manufacturers liable for murders committed with their weapons. They make product that can be used for good and bad, they cannot control how it is used.
It goes as far as the PLCAA in 2005, I'm sure the NRA & political pressure ultimately run by money pushed this through. Technology is the future, if we can't protect innovation it will stifle growth
