You may not remember the name Miroslav Tisch, but you have most likely seen his camera online: A crude DIY device made of "junk" materials such as cardboard, bottle caps and rubber bands, this camera has become his symbol. Miroslav Tichy (1926-2011) was a Czech photographer who used what the world regarded as "the most rudimentary camera in terms of time". Despite shooting works that the world considers "vulgar and poor", many people still regard Tichy as a "true photographer" because he is not burdened by equipment and is always shooting the subjects he likes.
