As the story goes—Steve Jobs said the fatty tuna was the best meal of his life.
The owner (who served Jobs) wasn’t behind the counter this day, but I did meet him on my way out the door.
My meal was great. But I did enjoy another omakase meal even more. I think I’ll have to post that tomorrow! 🍣
