Some weeks remind me why I love what I do at Profunda Web3 Academy and this past week with Cohort 8.0 was one of them. Since Cohort 1, I’ve been wearing two hats here: Academy Manager and Business Developer. My job is to make sure everything and everyone stays on track and grows the academy. Last week? It was busy, exciting, and honestly… a little hectic. Here’s a glimpse into my world this week: ➜Reaching out to tutors, making sure they had everything needed to deliver top-notch classes (including their data allowances). ➜Meeting with class managers, because at Profunda, classes aren’t left to tutors alone. Managers keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. ➜Overseeing courses in Content Writing, Project Management, Marketing, Community Management, Graphics Design, Research & Analysis, and more.

But the best part so far? Our mentorship session on Monday with an executive from base West Africa. He opened our eyes to: Opportunities in the base ecosystem How builders can create real use cases that matter Platforms like Farcaster and ZORA and why creators should pay attention And now, here we are at Week 2, Day 5,of Cohort 8 with another class coming up later today. It’s challenging, yes, but seeing our learners grow and the academy thrive makes it all worth it. Meanwhile, this is my first cast here. I hope I'm doing it right ?

'why do it ' sounds vague. 'Just do it's is more actionable and sharp. Nike is a big brand. Engage next gen with crazy designs. Not slogan.
