 what if the nazis had won ww2?
 what if the south had won the civil war?
 what if julius caesar was never assassinated?
 what if genghis khan conquered europe?
 this fractal of “what if” cracks the illusion that history is logical or moral. it’s not. it’s chaotic driven by randomness, overreaction, and survival. what if the printing press was delayed by 200 years?
 boom: no protestant reformation, no age of reason, no democracy as we know it. it is consequence fiction.

 and it shows just how fragile “what is” really is. what if should be playable because history is not sacred. it’s code. fork it.
