i finally documented my personal AI setup i lost two physical homes in the last few years, so i started building a digital one i could actually carry with me current state: > 41,468 working files > 10,147 markdown files > 202 runtime skills > 33 scheduled jobs > 442 Discord sessions / 4,292 background runs in 90 days > model-agnostic memory > local source of truth > Promen running 24/7 on an old M1 Air it tracks parts of health, finance, email, work and publishing; runs boards for harder decisions; publishes Radar every morning; and can be rebuilt on a clean Mac in a few hours the important part for me isn’t any particular model.
