• Watches every new Base listing via the OpenSea stream (~0.3 s)
• Flags underpriced NFTs vs floor, after fees
• Filters scams, honeypots, wash trading, swing-seller bots
• Optionally buys and relists automatically (Seaport)
• Stale items reprice toward market, never below cost
