The SEC has granted approval for Form 19b-4 to eight Ethereum ETF issuers: BlackRock, Fidelity, Grayscale, Bitwise, VanEck, Ark, Invesco Galaxy, and Franklin Templeton. These issuers must still have their S-1 registration statements approved before trading can commence. The timeline for this process is uncertain.

LayerZero announced that the sybil self-reporting phase has concluded, with 803,093 addresses identified as potential sybils, down from over 2 million.
