I think its both. I see sometimes some lazyness creep in, but also do some much more different things now. I can do things I could not before. But I also somehow do the things I love doing way less. Biggest thing for me though is that vibe coding, or AI generation often kind of looks to good too fast. I feel that sometimes holds you more back then it should.
