To be provocative that assumes though that trade as we defined it the last few hundred years (since coinage) is the superior way that exchange can happen.
I agree that shortterm, might be even our entire life BTC has a strong outlook, but that all depends that our understanding of value is not undermined by the systems we are setting into place right now.
This is where this thought is coming from. BTC is a true powerhouse if the concept of ownership (no matter if its property, token, value, IP) is not changing. But then I love playing with thoughts what if the digital world plays with different rules (physics) and those concepts will not hold up.
Partially because we can already witness early signals for that.
