My strategies: - Hot shower few minutes before bed - White noise to cancel outside noises or provide relaxation - Focusing on looking at what is in front of you, but with your eyes closed - nice pillow - pillows between legs if you sleep on your side - not exercising during night time I'm a light sleeper unfortunately
Coconut water is the best water tho
