A lighter makes a spark
In turns a spark returns light
I used to think I needed someone for my spark
Someone to make me tick
To give me validation
Not realizing only a weak man needs validation
“A spark returns light”
I was always the spark I needed for light.
I didn’t learn through experience though
I realized from losing what I thought was a spark
A betrayal which was supposed to be a mistake to them
