the pattern nobody's talking about
early Web3 users tend to fall into two buckets:
đź’ farmers
- grinding every airdrop, optimizing for maximum token allocation, treating every project like a lottery ticket.
đź’ builders
- running nodes, contributing real value, positioning themselves as part of infrastructure before it matters.
the wild part?
the farmers usually have more tokens after TGE
but the builders are the only ones still holding (and earning) 2 years later
token count ≠actual position
the real signal is whether you are accumulating participation or just accumulation
the ones who will actually win long term are the ones treating it like infrastructure they are staking their reputation on, not just another drop to farm....
