Reward distribution (of pro subscription pot) could be correlated to the number of pro users that interact on chain with a mini app 

More pro friendly features → more pro users → more rewards

Not sure if it counts as a "feature" but seems like one of the biggest pro perks would be urging/incentivizing mini apps to give special consideration to Pro users? E.g. early access, lower fees, power boosts in games, etc. 

Considering the pro subscription is ultimately used to incentivize builders, seems like it goes full circle.

Has anyone built a farcaster multisig? Basically something that forces n of m signatures to cast from an account. 

Given all the organization account compromises in web3, seems this would be extremely valuable in cementing FC as the trusted/official channel for brands.

private key is shamir sharded on your device into 3 shards, any 2 of which can reconstruct the PK

1 shard remains on the device
1 shard is encrypted by a key that warpcast holds (recovery shard)
1 shard is encrypted by a key that Privy holds (auth shard)

all encryption also happens on your client

effectively the recovery and auth shards are both accessible by your custody address but via authing with two separate service providers

it’d take two separate breaches of warpcast and privy to compromise key material 

the reasons for doing this instead of  simple EOA are 
1) users won’t lose access to their funds bc it inherits the Farcaster recovery system since 2/3 can be accessed via SIWF (all without needing the user to backup anything themselves)
2) users can seamlessly access their wallet on any device (i.e. web) without needing to manually move a seed phase around in a reasonably secure way

Farcaster wallets seem well positioned to quickly become the most widely adopted recoverable self-custodial crypto wallets. 

Social connectivity aside, just the UX gain at the wallet level resulting from this is a big deal.
