Everyone talks about Next Big Thing. I’m thinking: what’s the next small thing? I don’t want to borrow money, hire hundreds of people, and scale up. $5M ARR with team of three is just fine.

idk if I could I’d change the educational system. Just don’t want to deal with parents complaining because they don’t like change so need to first take over a country, establish dictatorship, improve playgrounds, modernise libraries (not digitalise them but let people talk!), plant a ton of trees.
