Looking ahead, these changes are likely to further drive institutional investment into the crypto industry. Based on our observations, the most significant policy actions taken by the Trump administration and federal agencies in the digital asset sector are summarized in Figure 2. These policy changes, and the potential for more to come, are triggering a wave of institutional investment in the crypto industry (for more details, see "March 2025: The Institutional Chain Reaction").
