curious to know what you guys eat to bump up protein intake. i’m currently averaging about 80-90 gm but would ideally like to land in the 120-140 gm range. i’m familiar w the usual suspects (eggs, cottage cheese, greek yogurt etc) but i find them all v filling so not sustainable for me on a daily basis. curious to know if yall have any tips on natural sources that aren’t super dense/filling but could help me reach the range i’m looking at. never tried protein powders but from what i understand whey isolate would suit me best but they seem to be on the pricier side 🥲
