browned it a little more than intended but turned out great. definitely learned a few things from this: > needs a bit more tomato-ness for the mince > mornay sauce wasn’t as smooth as i wanted but you couldn’t tell once baked > bake it for maybe 7-10 mins uncovered after the initial bake to avoid browning the cheese so much
