adapalene, miracle in a tube. 

mid last year i started dealing w breakouts out of nowhere w no change to my routine/products. my suspicion, hormonal reasons but never actually got to the bottom of it. tried everything including cutting out the usual food triggers completely. nothing helped till i saw a dermat recommend this on her instagram.

gave it a go and bam instant results. thankfully the breakouts stopped a while back but i include this in my PM routine a couple times a week now.

also no, not eczema. i'm 99% certain this was hormonal imbalance which supposedly is a common occurrence in early 30s. it was also a super stressful time. but it might be worth consulting w a dermat about adapalene.
