Just finished "Planta Sapiens" by Paco Calvo and it was excellent.
Learning about plants is imperative to creating a better planet. Without a doubt factory farms are not the answer. Plants thrive in wild mixed environments and food forests. They are social, and adjust to their environment.
We need a more natural relationship with our food.
