Earning money in crypto should be permissionless, merit based, and accessible to everyone. Right now it isn’t. Hiring in crypto is 100% reliant on trust, outdated systems, and “vibes based” practices. Yet the majority of the opportunity for people in a new economy is to work there-not through investing or gambling. How do we make these opportunities available to anyone, and appeal to people who aren’t already here? They need insider level onboarding, and indisputable proof of talent. They also need non-excludable access if it’s really going to level the playing field.
