He believes that as Bitcoin becomes more important to companies and countries, the value of block space will become a scarce resource. Burnett predicts that in the next 15 years, companies will sell access to Bitcoin block space to people who need to conduct important transactions, including companies and high-net-worth individuals. This will help Bitcoin miners make more money from transaction fees than from block rewards.
