Yesterday, I was staring at this fire and a thought came into my mind "This is how bright I wanna shine."
So I started affirming...
I am not made to blend in, I'm made to blaze, Born to glow, not to fade.
Nothing can outshine what was made to burn bright. So I will shine brighter than this.
I'm sharing this so we can all affirm together. We are too lit to be dimmed

Soo, Locs Series (Part 8): Wicks 🕯️
Wicks are one of the boldest types of locs. They’re extra-thick locs, often just a few on the whole head, and they get their name from candle “wicks” because of how they stand upright, especially when short.
They are thick, chunky, and attention-grabbing. They are installed by crocheting, combining smaller locs, or starting new thick sections. They require very little maintenance, no constant retwisting needed.
Wicks are more than a hairstyle — they’re a statement of strength, culture, and individuality.
Wicks remind us that locs can be as bold and powerful as you want them to be

Soo on our Locs Series today, we will be talking about Maintaining Your Locs
Starting locs is just the beginning but keeping them healthy is where the real journey begins. The joy of being on locs is to see your locs looking very neat and clean, growing very healthy. Here are a few tips to maintaining your locs:
1. Washing: Yes! you must wash your locs. Clean locs lock better. Use residue-free shampoo to avoid buildup.
2. Moisturizing
Locs can get dry. Keep them hydrated with water sprays, natural oils (like jojoba, rose water, or aloe vera).
