I think one of my more radical takes is that the thiel fellowship didn’t go far enough and someone (thiel, andreesen etc) should just build a Silicon Valley enmeshed high prestige credentialing option for college aged kids.

light prediction: Microsoft-OpenAI launch an AI-centric web browser where search bar is replaced with a search experience combining ChatGPT + Bing.

Main motivation for writing this is that I've been thinking about limits on our adoption of new AI powered tools. In a nutshell, i'm bullish on: - GPT-powered substitutes of existing functions. - Agents operating in the background. - Desktop and browser extensions. But bearish on: - assistant apps - search engines
