I find VSCode to be unbelievably busy and full of shit. Very much “windows” feel, just bloated visually and not snappy enough.
I like a few things:
- trust the founding team big team
- speed
- opinionated for common Lang’s out of the box
- great vim mode
- theme switching is nice
