The Behistun Inscription, located in modern-day Iran, is a multilingual inscription from the Achaemenid Empire. Written in Old Persian, Elamite, and Babylonian, it played a significant role in deciphering cuneiform script, much like the Rosetta Stone for hieroglyphs.
