I see stable coin network like a "Circle" build *ARC* Layer 1 network with native gas token stablecoin $USDC.
Bitfinex build *STABLE* Layer 1 network with native gas token stablecoin $USDT
Don't worry about bear market, because next we have Layer 1 network with native gas token stablecoin like USDC or USDT.
