Ethereum researcher Justin Drake stated in an interview that a 51% attack on Bitcoin would be much cheaper than on Ethereum, estimating the cost to attack Bitcoin at around $10 billion. In contrast, attacking Ethereum, due to its PoS mechanism, would require controlling over 50% of staked ETH (currently valued at approximately $44.8 billion), with price volatility potentially driving the cost even higher.
$ETH holding DeFi crown: 60%+ TVL, 130k validators staking EIP-1559 torching 5.5M ETH/year. KOLs on patricks hyping L2s. Base volume up 80%. $12K by 2026 if adoption pops. Meme flows (MOG +5k% YTD) signal capital rotation. Bull stampede or range bound?
