- seamless indoor/outdoor flow
- cozy conversation firepit right outside
- cool landscaping with dedicated sections
- elevated pool deck separate from house level (more intentional purpose)
- lots of seating variety
- double sunbed in a peaceful location with great views
- bar seating when you don’t feel like swimming but want to chat with people in the pool (genius)
