I asked it to use research & existing programs from Attia, Huberman, Galpin, kneesovertoesguy, Marcus Filly, and Max Schmarzo. After some fine tuning it actually put together a pretty solid plan. I’m going to follow it for the foreseeable future and post results, updates, etc here
