I haven't checked out figclank yet but I personally never felt like clanking necessarily was a "high obligation" act
Particularly with our OG product the mechanism was tuned to promote natural, social acts of creation. Whether spontaneous or deeply thought through
the market is meant to curate, so in theory many shitty drops are actually necessary in some way to discover the diamond in the rough. Although when I say that I'm also assuming that 99% of launches get zero bid, which is something a lot of people don't like or are surprised by. To me that's natural and good.
My bigger question would be whether there is something on the back end (fee mechanic?) or something cumulative (killing tokens? Bundling many tokens towards one token?) that could be combined with the designers body of work that might create something akin to the gradual progress a process of drafting has moving towards the goal...but in markets
