Seems like the query for this would require some design/implementation decisions.

e.g., arbitrarily set a FID threshold and then sort by followers “seems” to be what you’re asking?

Alternatively, I think it’d be interesting to see most followers per $degen tip season. i.e., group FIDs together based on the $degen season they joined, then sort by follower count.
