Appreciation 5/5/25: 1. Salads for dinner. Keeps my system light, I sleep well, and in turn I can wake up early with ease. 2. May is bringing lots of sunshine. Loving this walkable weather. 3. Journals. They help me process my thoughts and feelings and in a way I feel like there's a gentle presence with me just listening to it all.
