Sharing a bit of metaphysics: Turning your luck around starts with adjusting your mindset The first step in turning your luck around is to learn to be moderately "indifferent": Let go of gains and losses, and put yourself in the priority position. If you gain something, it's good fortune, so cherish it well; if you lose something, it's fate's arrangement, so decisively turn the page and don't dwell on the past. For things that are hard to explain clearly, don't dig too deep; for people who don't need to be exposed, don't deliberately reveal them. Faced with results that can't be changed, don't get entangled in internal struggles; for people and things that don't concern you, actively keep your distance. Things that please others, things your heart resists, things that make you feel wronged - resolutely don't do them. Eat well, sleep regularly, and remember that aside from life and death, all other troubles in life are just temporary "scrapes," not worth mentioning.
There are many theories of human motivation, including: extrinsic motivation (driven by external rewards or avoidance of negative consequences), introjected motivation (driven by self-image or ego), identification motivation (actions consistent with personal values), and intrinsic motivation (pursuing goals for enjoyment or excitement
